Mission

Equal opportunity of men and women to contribute to and benefit from sustained development programs and projects by first satisfying their most basic need of safe water, for the continuous improvement of social, cultural and economic conditions of its constituents.

To be sensitive to gender when promoting and implementing the necessary standards for a safe water supply, sanitation, and hygiene which includes upholding and promoting equality, justice, and the absence of any type of discrimination.
